Amount

Milk Absent	no milk, will match here if there is no MILK section under FLESH
Scanty Milk	milk is not plentiful, will match with 'scant' or 'scanty'
Plentiful Milk	milk is abundant, will match with 'plentiful', 'copious', or 'abundant'

Fresh Colour

Whitish	whitish milk at first, will match with 'whitish' or 'whey-like'
Watery	watery milk at first, will match with 'watery', 'whey-like', or 'colorless'
Orange	orange milk at first, will match with 'orange'
Reddish	red milk at first, will match with 'red' or 'reddish'
Other	any color not listed as some combination of above colors

Changing Colour

Unchanging	milk not changing to a different color, will match here if change not mentioned in description: formal testing involves observation on a glass slide over white paper, but the change is usually observed soon after the flesh and gills are cut or broken
Slowly Changing	milk changing color slowly, will match with 'changing slowly', 'turning slowly', 'soon becoming', or 'drying': formal testing involves observation on a glass slide over white paper, but the change is usually observed soon after the flesh and gills are cut or broken
Quickly Changing	milk changing color quickly, will match with 'changing quickly', 'changing rapidly', 'turning quickly', or 'turning rapidly': formal testing involves observation on a glass slide over white paper, but the change is usually observed soon after the flesh and gills are cut or broken
Yellowish	milk changing to yellowish, will match with 'yellow' or 'yellowish': formal testing involves observation on a glass slide over white paper, but the change is usually observed soon after the flesh and gills are cut or broken
Greenish	milk changing to greenish, will match with 'green', 'greenish', 'olive', or 'olivaceous': formal testing involves observation on a glass slide over white paper, but the change is usually observed soon after the flesh and gills are cut or broken

Staining White Paper

Staining White Paper Yellowish	milk stains white paper yellow or yellowish, at least when left overnight, will match with 'staining white paper yellow' or 'staining white paper yellowish'
Staining White Paper Pink	milk stains white paper pink, at least when left overnight, will match with 'staining white paper pink'

Staining Tissue

Not Staining Tissue	flesh color and gill color do not change due to milk, will match here if no mention in description of color change of flesh or gills
Staining Tissue	flesh color or gill color changes where exposed to milk, will match here if description of milk mentions staining
Reddish	flesh color or gill color changes reddish where exposed to milk, will match with 'staining ... red', 'staining ... reddish'
Pink	flesh color or gill color changes pinkish where exposed to milk, will match with 'staining ... pink', or 'staining ... pinkish'
Orange	flesh color or gill color changes orange where exposed to milk, will match with 'staining ... orange'
Yellowish	flesh color or gill color changes yellowish where exposed to milk, will match with 'staining ... yellow' or 'staining ... yellowish'
Greenish	flesh color or gill color changes greenish where exposed to milk, will match with 'staining ... green', 'staining ... greenish', 'staining ... olive', or 'staining ... olivaceous'
